Last Saturday Mission For Hope, Christian Jeep Association, Beantown Blankets, Bombas & Good Hope, Inc. all partnered together to spread a little kindness to people in Boston experiencing homelessness. We distributed blankets, hats, gloves, socks hygiene kits, toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, juice, milk and snacks to close to 200 people. Thank you Cara, Jochebed, Beth, Linda and many others for your help, support and donations!  It truly #takesavillage 

I’m thankful that we’ve been able to help the poor together in so many cities & towns. I’m thankful for my friends and supporters who have helped me every single mile. I couldn’t do it without any of you! Happy Thanksgiving! #takesavillage 

A year ago today I was in Nashville doing outreach as part of my six month mission trip in my Jeep across North America. Today I was supposed to go to New York so I could do outreach in Harlem on Saturday. With everything going on I decided to stay local and went into Boston. Gave out quite a bit of stuff. Today’s outreach was amazing! I partnered with Simplicity Mission & Brooklyn Hope Church in a neat little community in Brooklyn. We gave out over 150 sandwiches, snacks, drinks, Bombas socks, Beantown Blankets, hygiene kits, hats, gloves & Bibles. #takesavillage #hopechurchbrooklyn #simplicitymission #missionforhope #christianjeepassociation

I’ve updated the Mission For Hope logo a bit. We are going to be on the road a bit more with the weather getting colder. In November we will be doing outreach in Brooklyn, Harlem & Portland, ME. Doing outreach in Boston in December. We are stocking up on blankets, socks, gloves, hats, hygiene kits and pre-package snacks.        http://www.missionforhope.us

Today I packed up my Jeep with socks, hygiene kits, water, snacks & cookies and went into Boston. Though I have missed doing outreach from my Jeep the last couple months, I didn’t miss seeing the things I saw today. I think the homeless situation in this country got a bit worse since my trip.
